Brothers charged in gunfire case
WORTHINGTON — Juan Rivera, 31, of Worthington, was charged in Nobles County District Court Wednesday with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, second-degree riot, discharging a firearm within a municipality and carrying a pistol while under the influence of alcohol.
