FULDA — Courtney Hulstein surpassed Kaitlyn Kramer to become the all-time scoring leader for Fulda High School and helped the Raiders clinch the Red Rock Conference girls’ basketball championship Thursday night with a 74-42 win over the Mountain Lake/Butterfield-Odin Wolverines.
