ADRIAN — Kyle Kilgore and Kody Henning combined for 43 first-half points Thursday evening, as the sixth-seeded Adrian Dragons rolled to a 49-17 halftime lead on 11th-seeded Edgerton in a Section 3A South high school boy’s basketball play-in game.
