Worthington man arrested for fifth DWI
WORTHINGTON — After a five-year hiatus from moving violations, Reed Gilo Cham was arrested last week for driving while impaired for a fifth time since 2003. He had his children in the vehicle on this occasion, according to the criminal complaint.
