Jasper man facing multiple rape charges in South Dakota
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — A Jasper man is facing nine counts of first-degree rape, according to court documents filed this week in Minnehaha County, S.D. Charges may also be pending in Minnesota, according to a spokesperson with the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office.
