Slayton's 125th anniversary to be observed during Days of '87
SLAYTON — The Days of 87 celebration was reincarnated several years ago, specifically so the committee would have a few years to get the event established before the 125th anniversary of the founding of Slayton, according to Mayor Miron Carney.
