Edgerton/Ellsworth ready to defend the team’s 9-man state championship crown

EDGERTON — After years of knocking on the door and coming up a little bit short of the ultimate goal, the Edgerton/Ellsworth Flying Dutchmen finally broke through and won the Class 9-man state championship in 2011 — capping a perfect 14-0 season.
