PREP FOOTBALL: Cardinals defeat Arrows

LUVERNE — Utilizing a diversified offensive attack and an opportunistic defense, the top-seeded Luverne Cardinals scored seven touchdowns Saturday afternoon and convincingly defeated the rival Pipestone Area Arrows in the Section 3AA high school football semifinals at Cardinal Field by a final score of 48-21.
