Capitol Chatter: Campaign turns to seeking fiscal cliff votes

ST. PAUL - The White House acts as if the campaign continues. Now, however, instead of public votes, President Barack Obama is looking for congressional votes to support his plans to avoid the “fiscal cliff.”
