Rybak won’t seek 4th term as Minneapolis mayor

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak said Thursday he won’t seek a fourth term as leader of Minnesota’s largest city, creating the first open race for the office in two decades.
