Luverne students send flat cardinals around the world

LUVERNE — Portugal, New Zealand, Poland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Australia, South Africa and Japan: This is the itinerary of four globe-trotting cardinal figurines, sent around the world by Jason Phelps’ seventh-grade world geography class since October.
