SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The freezing drizzle and rain will mix with and eventually change to snow this afternoon as temperatures cool, and will turn into heavier snow late this afternoon and evening, the National Weather Service stated.
A belly full of snow 
The little blue spring horse at Church Park has had a belly full of snow this year, and is up to his belly in it, also. He was probably hoping the groundhog would not see his shadow Tuesday, but, alas, it was not to be. After Monday’s snowfall, it was pretty safe to assume there would be at least six more weeks of winter.
