Pictured with his MVP trophy, Windom’s Greg Rossow was drafted by Lakefield for the Northern Regional fast-pitch softball tournament held at Grand Forks, N.D. in August of 1974. Behind the pitching of Heron Lake’s Chuck Engler, Lakefield won five straight games to claim the championship.
