Workers from Chicago Bridge and Iron, Birmingham, Ala., work more than 130 feet off the ground while constructing the Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water tower Friday afternoon east of Rushmore. The tower will be 195 feet tall and will have a million-gallon capacity when completed, according to Chad Clark, superintendent of the project.
