Jean Bunge, co-director of the Nobles County Art Center, hangs a Joe Rossi photograph that is part of a permanent collection exhibit opening Sunday. The framing, matting and exhibition of the Rossi photographs, taken on trips to South America and Africa, and works from the “Navigatio” series by artist Patrick Rowan, were partly funded by a grant from Southwest Minnesota Arts and Humanities Council. The opening reception is from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, and the exhibit continues until Oct. 29.
