The George Braaksma family was award the 2011 Distinguished Service Award. The family donated 32 acres of land to the FFA rent free allowing the chapter to donate more than $10,000 to community improvement projects this past year. Pictured left to right are Ted, Margie and George Braaksma. Also receiving the Distinguished Service Award were Dan Lonnemen, Kelly Monier and Steve Swenson. All are Osceola County Pioneer dealers who assisted the chapter with a special program that resulted in over $22,000 in profit to the local chapter.
