House Speaker Kurt Zellers tells reporters Wednesday that he suggested that he, Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch and Gov. Mark Dayton lock themselves into a room Friday and Saturday and not come out until they have a budget deal. Dayton and Koch agreed.
