Jackson County Central’s Darrick Vancura scores a second-quarter touchdown against Mayer Lutheran during an MSHSL Class AA Football State Tournament quarterfinal game Friday at Chaska High School. Vancura ran for 279 yards and three touchdowns in the Huskies’ 51-20 victory that advanced JCC to the state tournament semifinal round at 2 p.m. Thursday at The Metrodome in Minneapolis.
