Lisa Brandt, Worthington, (left) reunites a lost cat, Zelda, with her owner, Sovia Dalle of Lennox, S.D., Wednesday afternoon in the parking lot of Perkins Restauant and Bakery in Worthington. Zelda was found suffering from frostbite and taken to a local veterinarian who discovered an implanted identification chip enabling the cat to be properly returned.
