Worthington Ambulance personnel move one of the victims by stretcher in preparation for a tranfer to Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington Tuesday morning following an ammonia leak at the JBS meat packing plant in Worthington. Worthington Police, Fire and Rescue and the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene.
