Obituary: Thomas Wilde

Thomas Wilde, 82, of Windom, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008, at Windom Area Hospital.

Surviving are his wive, Mary Ann; two sons, Ron (Sandy) Wilde, Luverne, and Tommy (Mara) Wilde, Windom; three daughters, Cindy (Virgil) Gottsche, Jackson; Kathryn (James) Davis, Gowrie, Iowa, and Caroyle (Paul) Wilson, Windom; four brothers, Gerard (Marion) Wilde, Marinette, Wis.; Edward (Margaret) Wilde, Oconto, Wis.; Patrick (Kate) Wilde, Peshtigo, Wis., and James Wilde, Oconto, Wis.; one sister, LaVerne Heimbuck, Marinette, Wis.; 16 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, with parish prayers at 5 p.m., at LaCanne Family Funeral Home, Windom, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Windom.

The service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Windom, with the Rev. Andrew Olsem officiationg. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery in Windom.
