Alvin Adolph Paul Kolander, 90, of Lakefield, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009, at Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington.
Alvin Adolph Paul Kolander, 90, of Lakefield, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009, at Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington.
Surviving are his wife, Evelyn; two sons, Dan (Nova) Kolander, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and John (Clark Travis) Kolander, Minneapolis; two daughters, Donna (Dave) Lappe, Lakefield, and Nadine Roberts, Bloomington, one brother, Lawrence Kolander, Lakefield; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Osterberg-Hansen Funeral Home, Lakefield, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Heron Lake Township.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Bart Mueller officiating. Burial will be in the Brill-Kolander Family Cemetery.
