Duane L. Larson, 78, of rural Lakefield, died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, at Sanford Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D.
Surviving are his wife, Marilyn Larson, rural Lakefield; three daughters, Vicki Larson, Mendota Heights, Jayne (Mike) Thompson, Northfield, and Nancy (Terry) Helmers, Jackson; one son, Tom (Kari) Larson, Hutchinson; five stepchildren, Bev Jandera and Deb (Bill) Eidem, both of Jackson, Carol Jandera, Sioux Falls, S.D., Bill (Terri) Jandera, Lakefield, and Joann Jandera, Casa Grande, Ariz.; one stepbrother, Darrell (Bonnie) Gilbert, Jackson; two stepsisters, Lois (Bob) Pomerenke, Worthington, and Ardis (Burdette) Theophilus, New Mexico; eight grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; and five step great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Osterberg Funeral Home, Jackson, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Jackson.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Jackson, with the Rev. Martin Lucin officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Jackson.
