Dale Swanson, 73, of Pipestone, died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at Dougherty Hospice House, Sioux Falls, S.D.
Surviving are his wife, Janice Swanson, Pipestone; four sons, Scott (Jacque) Swanson, Pipestone, Joel (Tomi) Swanson, Sauk Centre, Kevin Swanson and Kyle (Sandy) Pipestone, both of Pipestone; three sisters, Sharon Sanford, New Ulm, Marlene (Leroy) Moon, Grantsburg, Wis., and Debra (Wade) Smith, Pipestone; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Christ the King Lutheran Church, Pipestone.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Christ the King Lutheran Church, Pipestone. Burial will be in New Woodlawn Cemetery, Pipestone.
Hartquist Funeral Home, Pipestone Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
