Obituary: Paul Hilfers

Paul Hilfers, age 87, of Worthington, died Friday, January 8, 2010, at his home. Paul is survived by his children, Paulette (David) Yates, Worthington, MN; Jackie (William) Reum, Worthington, MN; Daryl (Rebecca) Hilfers, Luverne; Kevin (Roxanne) Hilfers, Waconia, MN; eight grandchildren, Chancey and Kathy Yates, Kelly and Randy Reum, John, Martin and Ryan Hilfers and Lisa Mahoney, ten great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, two sisters, Irene Lundgren, Princeton, MN and Joan Martinez, Weatherford, TX.

Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 8 PM at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Worthington. Visitation will also be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 2:00 PM at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Worthington with the Pastor Thomas Braun officiating. Burial will be in the Hersey Cemetery, rural Brewster. Dingmann Funeral Home, Worthington is handling arrangements.
