Leo J. Chapman-Nesseth, 1, of Lakefield, died Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at St. Marys Hospital, Rochester.
Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Lakefield.
A private family service will be at a later date. Burial will be in Delafield Lutheran Cemetery, Delafield Township, Jackson County.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation.
