Jacob “Jake” W. Hinrichs, 88, of Ellsworth, died Friday, March 11, 2011, at Parkview Manor Nursing Home, Ellsworth.

Jacob “Jake” W. Hinrichs, 88, of Ellsworth, died Friday, March 11, 2011, at Parkview Manor Nursing Home, Ellsworth.

Surviving are his wife, Marian Hinrichs, Ellsworth; five children, Ronald (Lynn) Hinrichs, Ellsworth, Marvin Hinrichs, Adrian, Arlene (Jim) Rosdahl, Northwood, Iowa, Jacob Hinrichs Jr., Ellsworth, and Ruth (John Mauch) Hinrichs, Adrian; one sister, Joyce Habbena, Ellsworth; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with a prayer service at 8 p.m., and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Zion Presbyterian Church, Ellsworth.

The service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Zion Presbyterian Church, Ellsworth, with the Rev. Calvin Hsu officiating. Burial will be in Grand Prairie Cemetery, Ellsworth.

Dingmann Funeral Home, Adrian, is in charge of arrangements.
