Luvern Kruse, 80, of Pipestone, died Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at Pipestone County Medical Center.
Surviving are his wife, Esther Kruse; five children, Duane (Pam) Kruse, Pipestone, Jill (Dick) Whipple, Pipestone, Brian (Jill) Kruse, Ellsworth, Lynn (Dave) Ross, Farmington, and Kevin (Kelly) Kruse, Rochester; one sister, Irma (Wallace) Bierman, Jeffers; three brothers, Louis Kruse, Winsted, Herb (Arlene) Kruse, Hutchinson, and Delbert (Geri) Kruse, Stillwater; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Pipestone.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Pipestone. Burial will be in New Woodlawn Cemetery, Pipestone.
Hartquist Funeral Home, Pipestone Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
