Lauretta Maxwell, 87, of Worthington died on Sunday, April 29, 2012, at the Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington.
Born August 31, 1924, in Westport, IA. She was the daughter of Henry & Dorthea (Coddington) Reinart. She married Ardel Maxwell in Jackson, MN. After marriage they lived in Worthington for more than 40 years.
Surviving are six children, Keith (Kim) Maxwell, Worthington; Doug (Nancy) Heeren, Kansas; Sheila (Rick Martens) Maxwell, Rushmore, and Sandra Boyer, Oregon; 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., at the Worthington Christian Church, Worthington, with Pastor Ron Ahlgren officiating. Burial will be in the Worthington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Benson Funeral Home in Worthington.
