Anna Margaret Warner, 86, of Walnut Grove, died Saturday, May 19, 2012, at the Westbrook Good Samaritan Care Center.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Old Westbrook Lutheran Church.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Old Westbrook Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Stephens Funeral Service-Walnut Grove Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
