LaVonne "Voni" Broberg, age 69, of Fridley, passed away August 27, 2012.

Preceded in death by father, Billy Schissel. Survived by mother, Marie Schissel; daughters, Mary Speltz, Jackie (Rod), Marna; grandchildren, Cassie, C.J., Hunter, and Ellie; special cousin and friend, Pam Lewis; brothers, Marvin Schissel, Gene Schissel; sisters, Mary Lievers, Janice Spoelstra, Shirley Duerr, Roxanne Peklo, Nadine Schissel, Julie Loosbrock, Annette Bauer, and Teresa Merkl, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Friday, August 31, 2012, with visitation 1 hour prior at Church of St. Timothy, 707 89th Avenue NE, Blaine, MN and also visitation 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 30th, at www.Washburn-McReavey.com, Coon Rapids Chapel, 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd., 763-767-1000.

August 30 is Voni's 70th birthday. Happy birthday, Voni. We love you.
