William “Bill” Duggen, 84, of Westbrook, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Westbrook Good Samaritan Center.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today, with a 6:30 p.m. prayer service, at Westbrook Funeral Home, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church, Westbrook.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church, Westbrook. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Brewster.
