Merton Edward Peter, 92, of Heron Lake, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at his home.
Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the United Methodist Church, Heron Lake.
The service will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the United Methodist Church, Heron Lake, with the Rev. Kathy Brandt officiating. Military honors will be provided.
Osterberg-Hansen Funeral Home, Lakefield, is in charge of arrangements.
