Jacob Daniel Kane, 15, of Jackson, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at St. Marys Hospital, Rochester.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Sunday at Riverside Elementary School, Jackson.
The service will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Riverside Elementary School, Jackson, with the Rev. Steve DeKok officiating.
Osterberg Funeral Home, Jackson, is in charge of arrangements.
