Peter “Pete” Bontje, 81, of Larchwood, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at Dougherty Hospice House, Sioux Falls, S.D.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. and a vigil service at 7 p.m., at The Church of St. Mary, Larchwood, Iowa.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at The Church of St. Mary, Larchwood, with the Rev. Jeff Schleidman officiating. Burial will follow in the Larchwood Cemetery.
Jurrens Funeral Home, Rock Rapids, Iowa, is in charge of arrangements.
