  • Antonio Joseph Bandomo, 20, of Albert City, Iowa, was apprehended April 27, 2010, south of Milford, Iowa, and charged with delivery or possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a class D felony, and failure to affix a drug tax stamp, a class D felony.
  • Bryan Micheal Rickman, 24, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, was apprehended April 27, 2010, in Spirit Lake, Iowa, and charged with delivery or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, a class C felony, and delivery or possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a class D felony.
  • Conregan D. Robinson, 22, of Elkhart, Indiana, was apprehended April 27, 2010, in Milford, Iowa, and charged with possession with intent to deliver MDMA (Ecstasy), a class C felony, and failure to affix a drug tax stamp, a class D felony.
  • Abby Sue Ferguson, 21, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, was apprehended in Harris, Iowa, on outstanding warrants stemming from complaints filed April 26, 2010. Ferguson was charged with ongoing criminal conduct, a class B felony, two counts of delivery or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, both class C felonies, and conspiracy, a class D felony.
  • Heath Michael Willison, 34, of Milford, Iowa, was apprehended April 27, 2010, in Milford, Iowa, and charged with ongoing criminal conduct, a class B felony, delivery of marijuana, a class D felony, two counts of delivery of methamphetamine, both class C felonies, conspiracy, a class D felony, prohibited acts, an aggravated misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor.
  • Jacob Adam Paskert, 25, of Lake Park, Iowa, turned himself in to the Dickinson County Jail May 7, 2010, after receiving information that warrants had been issued for his arrest. Paskert has been charged with ongoing criminal conduct, a class B felony, two counts of delivery or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine (more than 5 grams), both class B felonies, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, a class D felony, conspiracy, a class D felony, and prohibited acts, an aggravated misdemeanor.

  • Ricky Allen Osler, 38, of Milford, Iowa, turned himself in to the Dickinson County Jail May 4, 2010, after receiving information that warrants had been issued for his arrest. Osler has been charged with aiding and abetting the manufacture of methamphetamine, a class B felony, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, a class D felony, possession of a controlled substance precursor (pseudoephedrine), a class D felony, possession of methamphetamine, third or subsequent offense, a class D felony, and felon in possession of a firearm, a class D felony.
