8 a.m. Sunday update JACKSON -- 530 Federated members had power restored Saturday. “We are down from 800 co-op members without power yesterday to 270 as of 7 a.m. Sunday,” said Joe Marthaler, Federated’s operations manager. “Today’s focus involves crews rebuilding 21 miles of power lines due to downed poles. To give you an idea of how many poles that is, some stretches have 16 out of 20 poles downed per mile of line.”
