NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COUNTY OF NOBLES STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing has been called and will be held in and for Nobles County, Minnesota on Wednesday the 9th day of January, 2013 to begin at 4:30 P.M., in the Public Works Building, 960 Diagonal Road, Worthington, MN for the purpose of considering the approval or denial by the Nobles County Zoning Board of Adjustment of plans for the physical development of the area of said County outside the incorporate limits of municipalities, such plans specifically to include: Church of the Brethern, Reading, MN to vary from the required 2 acre parcel of land in the Ag Preservation District. Public Hearing is required under Section 603.5 (6) minimum lot area shall be two acres. This parcel of land is located in the SE corner of SE ¼ of Section 29, Twp 103, Range 40, (Elk Township). Such public hearing to there commence and be concluded at such time or therefore as such hearing may be continued from time to time, and if you know of any interested person or persons who did not receive written notification of said hearing, it would be appreciated if you inform them of said hearing. If you cannot attend said hearing, this office will receive all comments verbal and/or written. Such hearing to be conducted by the Nobles County Zoning Board of Adjustment, which Board has heretofore reviewed the said hearing all pursuant to and consistent with the authority of Minnesota Statute 394.26(2)(1976) and otherwise in such cases provided by law.
