WORTHINGTON — In less than a week, Megan Cavanaugh will join her classmates, clad in caps and gowns, as they march across the stage and receive their diplomas. WORTHINGTON — Worthington native Branden Lee Roth moved to California five years ago to pursue his dream of becoming an actor. Now he is expanding his skills, and as the screenwriter and lead actor, is helping produce “Logan (+),” a story about a young man who finds out he is HIV positive. To turn the script into a short film, Roth is using Kickstarter, a website that connects people with ideas to those who want to financially support them.
