WORTHINGTON — The Nobles County Planning and Zoning Commission approved five requests for conditional use permits at its Wednesday night meeting, which will result in the expansion of existing swine, beef and dairy feeding operations near Ellsworth, Adrian, Wilmont and Worthington.
