WILMONT — After Tracy scored four runs in the top of the sixth to pull within one run on the scoreboard Sunday afternoon, the top-seeded Wilmont Cardinals answered with six runs in the bottom half of the frame and went on to claim an 11-4 victory over the seventh-seeded Express in an elimination game of the Gopher League amateur baseball playoffs.
HERON LAKE — Justin Saufley pitched six sharp innings Sunday afternoon, and the Wilmont Cardinals scored a single run in three separate innings to claim a 3-1 victory over the Heron Lake Lakers in a First Nite/Gopher League amateur baseball game at Laker Field.
