Description of Proposed School Construction Project
The Worthington Public Schools, ISD #518 is proposing ventilation and indoor air quality projects at the Worthington High School and at the Worthington Middle School. In addition, the district is planning an addition at the Middle School.

WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Worthington did meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 303 Ninth Street, in the City of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. on Monday, the 12th day of October, 2009, pursuant to notice of said meeting duly given as required by law, for the purpose of passing upon the proposed assessment of the costs of the following described unpaid charges:
