Those are the petitions that are being offered to Mother Nature this week as the Worthington community prepares to celebrate the 10th year of its Windsurfing Regatta and Unvarnished Music Festival. Organizers hope for wind — although it doesn’t have to be a gale — to satisfy the windsurfers, and sun to warm the spectators and musicians.
