SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa — The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office investigated a single-vehicle collision with possible injuries at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday on 130th Street near the Osceola County Line. Carol Catala, 21, of Harris, Iowa, was driving a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee eastbound when she lost control on the icy road, slid into the north ditch and rolled. She was transported to Sibley Hospital by Osceola County Ambulance with possible injuries. The Jeep sustained approximately $2,500 in damage. The Lake Park Police Department, Lake Park Ambulance and Dickinson County Emergency Management assisted at the scene.March 12, 2011
