ST. PAUL — An electric transmission project in western Minnesota can go forward – with conditions aimed at protecting ratepayers and the environment — state regulators decided Thursday.
ALEXANDRIA – After years of delays and debating, state regulators may clear the air next week on a pending western Minnesota electric transmission project related to the Big Stone II coal-fired power plant.
