SIBLEY, Iowa — When Peter Meyer and Josh Earll sent in audition CDs for a spot in the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) Men’s National Choir in September 2010, they never imagined they would be chosen to perform at the conference in Chicago. Notice of their acceptance arrived in November, surprising the Sibley-Ocheyedan juniors, who sing in the school choir.
WORTHINGTON — The Board of Directors of Nobles Cooperative Electric (NCE), authorized the pay-ment of $500,000 in capital credits to its members.
The payment happens through capital credits. Capital credits are the difference between NCE’s operating costs and revenues.
Since NCE is a non-profit cooperative, any revenues available after expenses are returned to the member-owners.
