WORTHINGTON — A Fulda man arrested earlier this week was charged Wednesday with his fourth impaired driving-related incident in the past several years, but this time he was allegedly in possession of a stolen vehicle.
JACKSON — Lacey Marie White was acquitted of the vehicular homicide charges in the 2007 death of Michael Unger in Heron Lake, after Judge Linda Titus granted a motion made by defense attorney Louis Kuchera Thursday in Jackson County District Court.
WORTHINGTON — Bad judgment and worse weather can be a lethal combination, especially when alcohol is involved, so the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office and the Worthington Police Department are encouraging anyone who over-imbibes tonight to put down their keys and pick up a phone to call for a free Safe Cab ride.

When the officer pulled up behind the vehicle in his squad car, the driver stopped the car in the center of an intersection, then shifted into reverse, backing into the squad car.
