WORTHINGTON – The schedule is set for the 16th annual International Festival that begins 5:30 p.m. July 10 at the Nobles County Government Center lawn. The featured entertainment for the evening is Highland Reign, a Celtic-rock band. The local talent show takes place at 7:10 p.m.
