SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The identity of a Minnesota man killed in what authorities are calling an industrial accident will be released this morning during a news briefing with the Sioux Falls Police Department, according to a public information officer.
LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. — Although the incident remains under investigation, a spokesman with the Lake Havasu Police Department confirmed Tuesday that Randy J. Wynia, 56, of Slayton, was killed during a collision between his motorcycle and an on-duty fully marked patrol vehicle at approximately 7 p.m. Monday in Arizona.
