WORTHINGTON — Authorities intercepted more than a pound of marijuana as it was being shipped from California to Worthington last week, and the two who received the package are scheduled to make a court appearance Monday, according to court documents.
WORTHINGTON — A Worthington man who pleaded guilty in January to possession of 10 kilos or more of marijuana from a 2008 arrest was sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
The actual sentence is for 27 months with the Minnesota Department of Correction, but that sentence is stayed with the condition that Fernando Dominguez, 38, serve 90 days in jail, with credit for the 40 days he has already served.
WORTHINGTON — Three Worthington men and one Sioux Falls, S.D. man are facing drug possession charges after a Buffalo Ridge Drug Task Force search warrant was executed Tuesday in the 1500 block of Clary Street, resulting in the seizure of marijuana, methamphetamine and a pair of brass knuckles.
